Apply a squirt of transdermal Magnesium Oil or Gel directly onto clean dry skin on the areas below. Increase as your body becomes accustomed to it.
Areas of Use:
- Under your feet
- Behind your knees
- Inside of elbows
- On tense tight muscles
- Back of neck for tension headaches
- Areas of cramping
Change areas of application to avoid drying of skin if necessary
If irritation occurs, wash off immediately and use more sparingly next time.
